I-CBT

Ever feel like your thoughts are running in circles you can’t escape? Like no matter how hard you try to ignore them, they keep popping up, and the rituals or routines you do to calm your anxiety just keep the cycle going? That’s what living with OCD can feel like — exhausting, frustrating, and isolating.

The good news is, you don’t have to face it alone. I-CBT (Individualized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is a structured, evidence-based approach specifically designed to help adults with OCD regain control over their thoughts and behaviors.

I-CBT focuses on breaking the cycle of obsessions and compulsions. Together, we’ll:

  • Identify intrusive thoughts that keep showing up.

  • Understand how these thoughts trigger compulsions or avoidance.

  • Learn practical strategies to respond differently to these thoughts, reducing the power they have over you.

  • Gradually practice facing fears in a safe, structured way through ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), the most effective treatment for OCD.

Think of it like training your mind to notice the wave without getting swept away — acknowledging thoughts without letting them control your actions. Over time, the cycle loosens, giving you back energy, focus, and freedom.
