Therapy is not about "fixing you." You're not broken. Therapy is a way for you to become a better version of yourself while taking the steps to live a more fulfilling and authentic life.
You might ask yourself why can't I just read a self-help book, listen to a podcast, or vent to my friends? Is therapy really necessary? Therapy is absolutely not necessary AND it gives you an unbiased person who knows ways of helping you dive deeper and ways of effectively reducing your symptoms.
Throughout my time as a therapist, I have supported my clients in healing and understanding their challenges. I specialize in treatments based on the individual needs of each client. The work we do together will focus on collaboration and trust. I focus primarily on being person-centered and specializing in evidenced based treatments (CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ACT).
