Have you ever wished you could control your mind rather than feeling like your mind is in control of you? The frustration you feel when you can't fall asleep because you can't turn off your brain or the constant spiraling that you can't seem to stop?

I've been practicing and teaching mindfulness for over 5 year and can tell you from experience that this is a core skill I teach my clients because of the significant benefits!
