Maybe you’re having a hard time getting up in the morning or you have been having a difficult time finding pleasure in the activities you use to enjoy. Incorporating skills from CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), mindfulness, and more! You'll learn at least one new skill per week, being able to practice in session. You’ll also get the support of group when struggling with the skills.
